The Seed Library
The Friends of the Wilson County Public Library proudly support the Seed Library, available at all Wilson County Public Library locations. This free program encourages
gardening, healthy living, and lifelong learning by providing community members with a variety of vegetable, herb, flower, and native plant seeds to grow at home.
Whether you’re an experienced gardener or planting your very first seed, the Seed Library is a wonderful way to explore gardening, connect with nature, and help beautify our community. Simply visit your local library branch, choose the seeds you’d like to grow, and start cultivating your own garden.
By making gardening more accessible, the Seed Library helps promote sustainability, environmental stewardship, and a love of learning—one seed at a time.
